Some time with my brushes...
I have finally had an opportunity to sit down and spend some dedicated time with my painting. Oh happy day! It has been difficult while my loved one recuperates, (which continues) but it has been fun to have my brushes back in hand. Painting...the best mood enhancer I know. Back to my brushes.

Ongoing recovery looks promising now. Mid September is a little sunnier at our house and we are happy that our youngest survived hurricane Irma. Way to hunker down! In full parental form, I texted loads of instructions that were for the most part a way to circumvent worry (which was of course futile). While watching the coverage of the storm I continued working on the next painting in my current series. I would have to call it nerve wracking, yet...serendipitous. Back to my brushes.

I thought August would get better...I was mistaken. We spent more time back at the hospital. Hoping September bucks this trend. Back to my brushes.
